By creating an account or using ParkInAlbania, you agree to these Terms of Service. ParkInAlbania is operated by Parking Solutions SH.P.K.

1. Description of Service

ParkInAlbania enables users to purchase credit and use it to pay for parking in supported public locations in Albania. Parking Solutions SH.P.K provides the software and payment services for convenience but does not operate the physical parking locations.

2. Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for entering the correct license plate number, parking zone and any other session details. Parking Solutions SH.P.K is not responsible for penalties, fines or issues that result from incorrect user-entered information.

3. Wallet Credit

• Credit expires 24 months after the user’s last login
• Credit is not refundable
• Credit may be used for parking or transferred to another wallet
• If the user deletes their account, any remaining credit is permanently removed

4. Fees and Transactions

Service fees may apply and will be displayed before confirming a transaction.

5. Termination

Parking Solutions SH.P.K may suspend or terminate accounts that involve fraud, misuse or illegal behavior. Users may request account deletion at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

ParkInAlbania is provided as is. Parking Solutions SH.P.K is not responsible for incorrect data submissions, fines, parking penalties or service interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Tirana, Albania.
