Welcome to Park In Albania. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Park In Albania mobile application and related services provided by Parking Solutions SH.P.K.

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Park In Albania is a mobile application that allows users to:

Create a personal account
Add wallet credit using supported payment methods
Pay for parking in supported public parking zones
View parking history and receipts
Transfer wallet credit to other users

Park In Albania does not operate or control public parking infrastructure. Parking tariffs and enforcement are determined by local authorities.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information entered in the app is accurate, including vehicle license plate numbers and parking zone selections.

Park In Albania is not responsible for fines, penalties, or enforcement actions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

3. Wallet Credit

Wallet credit purchased in the app:

Is non refundable
Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash
Can only be used within the ParkInAlbania app
May be transferred to another user

Wallet credit expires 24 months after your last login or app activity.
If your account is deleted, any remaining wallet credit is permanently lost.

4. Fees and Payments

Processing fees and service fees may apply.
All applicable fees are clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction.

Payments are processed through third party payment providers. ParkInAlbania does not store full card or banking details.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available.
Park In Albania does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error free operation.

We are not liable for:

Parking fines or penalties
Incorrect parking information entered by users
Service interruptions
Indirect or consequential damages

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Tirana, Albania.
